Cathodic protection monitor
AMT/FSL-JYBH cathodic protection monitor is an automatic on-site corrosion monitoring instrument used to monitor potential and current. It directly monitors the potential difference between the protected object and the reference electrode to determine the range and effect of cathodic protection, and uses precision Hall sensors to measure the output current of sacrificial anodes or rectifiers (i.e. cathodic protection current). Finally, the monitoring status and effect of cathodic protection are evaluated by the protection potential and output current. The instrument can communicate with computers, support RS485 communication, and can also use wireless data transceivers for remote measurement and control. It can directly transmit cathodic protection monitoring data to a remote monitoring center, and through data management and analysis software, it can be used for real-time online monitoring of cathodic protection status.
After the installation of the instrument is completed, the measurement parameters, including the number of measurement channels and sampling intervals, can be configured through the upper computer software, and then the protection potential and protection current can be recorded regularly. The PC software automatically reads measurement data and displays the potential and protection current curves of each monitoring point over time on the software interface. The instrument is equipped with a high-precision real-time calendar clock that provides calendar markers for data points.
