Multi channel steel corrosion monitoring instrument
The AMT/FSL-TDGJ multi-channel steel corrosion monitoring device is a real-time online monitoring equipment for the corrosion of reinforced concrete. It adopts a pre embedded concrete monitoring composite probe, which can monitor parameters such as concrete resistivity, Cl - concentration, pH value, half cell potential, and steel corrosion rate in real time. It is designed according to the national standard "GBT 43667-2024 Technical Specification for Corrosion Monitoring and Detection of Reinforced Concrete". Widely used for online monitoring of corrosion rate of reinforced concrete in buildings, highways, bridges, and tunnel structures. MT/FSL-TDGJ has become a powerful tool for monitoring steel corrosion and concrete chemical environmental parameters in industrial sites, predicting the durability, safety, and service life of reinforced concrete structures.
The AMT/FSL-TDGJ multi-channel steel corrosion monitoring instrument is powered by AC through a DC12V power adapter. The measurement parameters and automatic measurement intervals of the instrument can be configured through a PC, and the measurement results are automatically saved in non-volatile memory for data analysis and plotting processing. Alternatively, the CST610 wireless data transceiver can be used to transmit data to the cloud and display it through web access.

Convenient data management: Measurement results are automatically saved and can be transmitted to a PC or cloud through a data downloader or wireless transmission. Data analysis and parameter configuration can also be performed through management software.
Simple power supply method: AC power supply is achieved through a DC12V power adapter.
High probe integration: The multifunctional composite probe integrates pH probe, Cl ⁻ probe, and electrochemical three electrodes, making installation easy.
