Coating corrosion resistance monitor
The AMT/FSL-TCZK coating impedance online monitoring instrument inspects the aging status of coatings by measuring the trend of the impedance spectrum of coating probes over time in atmospheric and aquatic environments. Fixed coating probes will also be used, which will be attached to the coating surface of the workpiece to achieve long-term monitoring of the in-situ coating aging process and provide real-time data for preventive maintenance of coating damage.
The AMT/FSL-TCZK coating impedance online monitoring instrument is based on the principle of electrochemical impedance and uses high-speed digital analog electronic technology to achieve high-precision impedance measurement and characteristic impedance calculation. It can measure the impedance of the coating at a wideband fixed frequency point (10Hz to 100KHz) from low impedance to high impedance (103 Ω to 1010 Ω). This instrument can measure the interface capacitance, real part of impedance, imaginary part of impedance, and phase angle of coatings/metal substrates under natural or artificial acceleration environments, and then calculate the coating moisture content, conductivity, and coating aging rate. Suitable for online monitoring of coating aging and damage status in atmospheric, water or artificial environments.
