Atmospheric corrosion monitor
In humid and salty atmospheric environments, metal structural components and electronic devices may suffer from severe atmospheric corrosion, and even trace amounts of corrosion can cause circuit failures, leading to damage to electrical control equipment and even safety accidents. In addition, the accumulation of corrosion products can lead to a decrease in high-voltage insulation performance and even cause creepage fires. To ensure the reliability of electronic devices, it is not only necessary to monitor environmental temperature and humidity, but also to monitor the atmospheric corrosion rate and amount of key electronic materials, and optimize protective process parameters through monitoring data feedback.
The AMT/FSL-DQFS series is a precision resistance type atmospheric corrosion monitoring instrument designed according to the ISO 9224-2012 standard. The monitoring instrument adopts thin metal sensors and precision resistance measurement technology, combined with alternating constant current excitation source and high-precision AV bridge principle, to achieve precise micro resistance measurement. It has a 10 nm metal corrosion thinning resolution and can automatically compensate for environmental temperature drift, ensuring the stability and reliability of measurement results. AMT/FSL-DQFS four channel version can simultaneously measure the corrosion thinning amount and corrosion rate of four metal materials (such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, etc.), and evaluate the environmental corrosion level based on the monitoring results.
AMT/FSL-DQFS has a built-in RTC calendar clock and lithium-ion battery, which can automatically wake up the measurement process. It also supports atmospheric pressure and temperature and humidity monitoring, and can be used to study the impact of temperature and humidity changes on metal corrosion rate. All monitoring data is backed up to the Flash ROM memory inside the monitor. AMT/FSL-DQFS achieves networked corrosion monitoring through wired or wireless means, and stores data on cloud servers. Only authorized users can access relevant data through username and password.
