Atmospheric corrosion monitor
The atmospheric corrosion monitoring instrument is a specialized instrument designed according to the ISA-71.04-1985 standard for monitoring atmospheric corrosion. The monitor adopts Cu thin film resistance grid and precision resistance probe technology, combined with AC excitation source technology and high-precision AV bridge principle, with extremely high metal thinning resolution (1nm), and can automatically compensate for environmental temperature drift to ensure the stability and reliability of measurement results. It is suitable for continuous monitoring of gas-phase corrosion of metal materials, displaying and recording corrosion levels. The atmospheric corrosion monitoring instrument supports both temperature and humidity monitoring, and will record and transmit data.
Accurate measurement: Advanced technology is adopted, with high resolution for metal thinning and low temperature drift.
Multi parameter monitoring: It can simultaneously monitor multiple parameters such as corrosion rate, temperature, humidity, etc.
Convenient data management: able to continuously record data for a long time, supporting multiple data transmission methods such as USB flash drives and wireless.
Probe replaceable: The probe adopts a plug-in design and can be replaced with probes of different materials according to needs.
Strong environmental adaptability: high protection level, suitable for harsh outdoor environments, flexible power supply mode.
Equipped with alarm function: can set parameter upper and lower limits, and automatically alarm when data exceeds the range.
Portable and compact: small in size, light in weight, easy to carry and install.
