Four-channel grounding grid corrosion monitor
The AMT/FSL-STDDW four channel grounding grid corrosion monitoring device is a device that quickly measures the corrosion rate of metal materials in soil environments. It can embed dedicated grounding grid corrosion monitoring sensors and simultaneously measure multiple corrosion indices such as corrosion rate, total corrosion amount, soil resistivity, and redox potential of the grounding grids in four channels.
The AMT/FSL-STDDW four channel grounding grid corrosion monitoring instrument is based on the principles of alternating current impedance (EIS) and current constraint, and has stronger anti-interference ability and better reproducibility than the linear polarization (LPR) method. By measuring soil resistance Rs and polarization resistance RP, the true corrosion rate of grounding grid materials can be obtained, which is suitable for corrosive environments with high dielectric resistance, such as soil and concrete systems.
The AMT/FSL-STDDW four channel grounding grid corrosion monitoring instrument is equipped with a built-in 2M bytes flash memory, which can store test time and data simultaneously, up to 10000 sets of data. The instrument is equipped with a real-time calendar clock, which can automatically wake up measurements at scheduled times without human supervision.
