The AMT/FSL-TCZK coating impedance online monitor inspects the aging state of coatings by measuring the trend of impedance spectrum changes of coating probes in atmospheric and aqueous environments over time. It will also utilize fixed coating probes, which are affixed to the surface of the workpiece coating, to achieve long-term monitoring of the in-situ coating aging process, providing real-time data for preventive maintenance of coating damage. The AMT/FSL-TCZK coating impedance online monitor, based on the electrochemical impedance principle and utilizing high-speed digital analog electronic technology, achieves high-precision impedance measurement and characteristic impedance calculation. It can measure coating impedance ranging from low to high impedance (103Ω to 1010Ω) at broadband and fixed frequency points (10Hz to 100KHz). This instrument can measure data such as interface capacitance, real part of impedance, imaginary part of impedance, and phase angle of the coating/metal substrate in natural or artificially accelerated environments. Subsequently, it calculates the moisture content, conductivity, and aging rate of the coating. It is suitable for online monitoring of coating aging and damage status in atmospheric, aqueous, or artificial environments.
