Four-channel grounding grid corrosion monitor

The AMT/FSL-STDDW four-channel grounding grid corrosion monitor is a device designed for rapid measurement of the corrosion rate of metallic materials in soil environments. It can be equipped with dedicated grounding grid corrosion monitoring sensors, allowing for simultaneous measurement of multiple corrosion indicators such as the corrosion rate, total corrosion amount, soil resistivity, and oxidation-reduction potential of the grounding grid across four channels. The AMT/FSL-STDDW four-channel grounding grid corrosion monitor, based on the principles of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and current constraint, exhibits stronger anti-interference capability and better reproducibility compared to the linear polarization resistance (LPR) method. By measuring soil resistance (Rs) and polarization resistance (RP), it can accurately determine the true corrosion rate of grounding grid materials. It is suitable for corrosive environments with high dielectric resistance, such as soil and concrete systems. The AMT/FSL-STDDW four-channel grounding grid corrosion monitor is equipped with a built-in 2M bytes flash memory, which allows for the simultaneous storage of test time and data, with a maximum capacity of 10,000 sets of data. The instrument features a built-in real-time calendar clock, enabling automatic scheduled wake-up measurements without human supervision.
