Ammonia escape integrated on-line monitoring system
The SKA/ CMS-NH3-A integrated on-line ammonia escape monitoring system (NH, NO, O,) is based on tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) and ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS). The system includes three parts: preprocessing, gas analysis module and data processing and display. The measured gas is dedusted by the high-temperature sampling probe and transferred to the high-temperature gas analysis module (TDLAS+DOAS technology). It effectively solves the technical problems such as the low temperature crystallization of ammonium salt blocking the flow path, condensate precipitation dissolving NH, resulting in low measurement accuracy, and high dust attenuation optical path of the in-situ system resulting in inability to measure.
Using "single line spectrum" absorption technology to avoid background gas interference, low detection limit, small range drift.
Heat tracing above 220℃ avoids crystallization of ammonium salt and water absorption.
Compact structure, easy to install, high degree of automation, low maintenance.
Multiple parameters are integrated into the same system, and the measurement cost is low.
