SKA/ CIMS-FY-B flue gas analyzer (2nd generation ultra-low range) is a multi-return optical gas analysis product developed by Shenzhen Shengkaian Technology based on ultra-net emission conditions of coal-fired gas power plants and years of accumulation of ultraviolet absorption spectrum technology. Based on ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) and chemometrics algorithm (PLS), the analyzer can measure the concentration of SO2, NO, NO2, O2, NH3, CO, CO2, CI2, O3, H2S, HCI, CH31, CH2O and other gases, and the indicators reach or exceed similar products at home and abroad. At the same time, our company's flue gas analyzer according to customer needs built-in self-developed infrared module to measure CO and other gases, compared with electrochemical methods and other technologies, higher precision, faster response, higher reliability, to solve the problem of short electrochemical life.

The measurement principle adopts ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy and chemometrics algorithm to detect the lower limit and small temperature drift.

Using the return light path and high-quality spectrometer, the minimum range can be 0~20ppm, and the minimum detection limit is 200ppb.

NO and NO2 can be measured directly to obtain NOx without the need for a NO2→NO converter.

Free from particles and moisture and other factors.

No optical moving parts High reliability, field vibration does not affect the measurement.
