Continuous flue gas emission monitoring system
The SKA/ CIMS-JCXT-A continuous flue gas emission monitoring system (condensation method) consists of four basic parts: soot monitoring subsystem, gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, system control and data acquisition and processing subsystem. It can monitor SO2, NOX, O2, dust, temperature, pressure, flow rate and other parameters in the gas, and can also monitor HC, HF, CO, CO2, humidity and other parameters for specific occasions. The measured gas is dedusted by the sampling probe, sampled by the tracing pipe, multi-stage filtration, rapid dewater cooling by two-stage condensation, and then entered into the micro-tracing gas analysis module (DOAS and TDLAS technology) for analysis and measurement. The use of dry method to measure effectively solves the technical problems such as waste incineration and other humidity changes resulting in large fluctuations in data measurement.
Secondary condensation quickly removes water and cools down, reduces the contact time between gas and water, and reduces the loss of sulfur dioxide (sulfur dioxide);
The analyzer uses micro-heat tracing technology to reduce the maintenance cycle of the measuring pool
Fast loop sampling pump sampling, fast response time;
Multistage filtration removes water and dust, the system has simple structure and high reliability;
Full calibration can be achieved.
