SKA/FC-LZ online particle counter is a professional measuring instrument used to check the air cleanliness level of clean room workshop. In line with the technical requirements of the JJF1190-2008 "Dust Particle Counter Calibration Specification" issued by the General Administration of Metrology of the People's Republic of China, the whole machine adopts laser scattering technology to monitor the particle concentration in the clean space in real time and continuously.
