Detection principle: Under the condition of high temperature, sodium persulfate was added to dissolve the water sample to remove the interference of organic matter, and the organic nickel in the water sample was converted to inorganic nickel, ammonium citrate was added to eliminate the interference of iron ions, and iodine was added to oxidize all the nickel into trivalent nickel, and the color developing agent butanedione oxime was added to react with nickel to produce a wine-red soluble complex. Finally, disodium EDTA was added to eliminate the interference of iron, copper and cobalt plasma. The absorbance was measured by the analyzer at 525nm wavelength, and the concentration of total nickel in the sample was calculated according to the correction curve. The measurement principle fully conforms to the national standard "GB11910-89 water nickel determination butanedione oxime spectrophotometry".
