The detection principle of AMT/TN-300 type in situ total nitrogen water quality analyzer is mainly based on potassium persulfate oxidation of a hydroquinone spectrophotometry and improved on this basis: Under the condition of alkaline medium at 120~124℃, the ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in the sample can be oxidized to nitrate by using potassium persulfate as oxidant, and most of the organic nitrogen compounds in the sample can be oxidized to nitrate. The nitro compound produced by nitrate ion and resorcinol in concentrated sulfuric acid medium is light yellow. AMT/ TN-300 in situ total nitrogen water quality analyzer is an in situ analyzer suitable for the determination of total nitrogen concentration in surface water, inshore water and estuaries. Through online monitoring of total nitrogen in water, the instrument can provide users with continuous and stable monitoring data needed for water quality investigation, water environment monitoring and ecological disaster early warning.
