Ultrasonic Doppler flowmeter
The product is measured using the Doppler effect principle of underwater ultrasonic acoustics. The sensor emits continuous fixed frequency ultrasonic signals to the water body in front of it, and calculates the moving speed by receiving the frequency deviation of the reflected sound waves from acoustic scatterers (such as particles, bubbles, impurities, etc.) that move with the water body. The moving speed is then corrected to the water flow velocity through vector correction. There is a pressure element at the bottom of the sensor that can sense changes in water pressure and obtain water level signals. Based on the preset size parameters of the river channel (waterway, pipeline), the water passage area can be calculated and flow data can be obtained.
Alloy plastic shell; Compact size and streamlined design.
Continuous acoustic pulse output; Bottom mounted static pressure water level sensor.
Measurement parameters: flow rate, water level, flow rate, discharge area, water temperature, cumulative flow rate, signal strength.
Unidirectional flow (regular model): does not recognize forward and reverse flow, outputs as absolute value, 0~± 10m/S.
Selected for the National Key Procurement Catalogue of Water Conservancy System Bidding Products.
Bidirectional flow (bidirectional flow model): Identify forward and reverse flow, output with positive and negative sign values, -10~10m/s.
Obtained multiple patents and software copyrights, as well as the "Calibration/Testing Report" from the East China Hydrological Instrument Testing Center.
Obtained: 1P68 test report issued by CMA accredited institution of China National Certification and Administration Commission.
