The wind turbine oil multifunctional sensor AMT/YP-FDYYDGN is a compact device suitable for monitoring the oil status of gearboxes and heavy industrial equipment, which can achieve integrated detection of wear status and oil characteristics. This sensor integrates multiple core detection components and can monitor ferromagnetic and non ferromagnetic metal wear particles (capturing 40 μ m ferromagnetic particles and 150 μ m non ferromagnetic particles and real-time statistics), viscosity, density, temperature, water activity, and micro water content. It can also be optionally equipped with dielectric constant and free water detection functions. The metal particle detection adopts Faraday electromagnetic induction principle, combined with high-precision data processing unit to ensure detection stability. In addition, the sensor has built-in temperature and oil flow rate measurement functions, which can self check the working environment and judge the flow of the oil circuit, ensuring the detection status and representativeness of the oil sample. By real-time monitoring of equipment wear and oil physical and chemical indicators, early warning of faults can be achieved, reducing maintenance costs and preventing serious accidents compared to traditional maintenance modes.
